To Daraja 360

Kenya is a land rich in spirit and abundant talent, but sadly poor in opportunities to harness that spirit and talent.  The result is an economy that, though steadily improving, is simply too small, leaving too many people in poverty.  At the bottom of the scale are those in extreme poverty, often a generational curse we termed the “cycle of …

From Nakuru 3:16

Nakuru 3:16 was founded to address the “cycle of poverty” by reaching out to young women and mothers living on the streets of Nakuru, offering them a new start and ensuring their children would have the opportunity to reach their full potential. As the mothers and children have grown and matured, so has Nakuru 3:16. We’ve learned that it’s not …

Education Program

Regardless of his/her background, ethnic group, gender, race, every child has a constitutional right to basic education.

Though Kenyan education is free and compulsory, children from vulnerable backgrounds are still lagging- behind in terms of education.

Of the 36 children under Daraja 360 educational program, 12 of them are beneficiaries of ROCK Bridge –PCEA scholarship fund

At Daraja 360, we PROVIDE them with:

- Scholarship fund for a needy bright student.

- The much needed but lacking parental support, through their academic journey.

- Mentorship into and through their basic education and assist them in determining their career pathway.

- We provide linkages and/referrals for the youth to Vocational training Institutes and attachment to apprenticeship training.

- Create awareness on available opportunities and services- academic-related or job-related.

Mentoring—which matches youth or “mentees” with responsible, caring “mentors,” usually adults—has been …
